Current Consortium Clients
An annual New Realities Program in North Carolina with 20-25 professional Dance, Theatre, Music, Literary groups, Museums, and Arts Centers statewide.
The Harold and Mimi Steinberg Theatre Leadership Institute, Nancy Quinn Fund, and Fourth Arts Initiative with Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York serves 15-20 mid-tier theatres and 30-40 emerging and developing theatres each year in New York City.
A consortium program of the Philadelphia Center for Arts and Heritage Initiatives (PCAH) that serves dance, visual arts, music and theatre. The initiatives includes Dance Advance, The Philadelphia Exhibitions Initiative, The Philadelphia Music Project and Philadelphia Theatre Initiative all funded by The Pew Charitable Trusts.
Technical support to the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Building Arts Participation program which provides grant and technical support to arts organizations in the state committed to increasing and enhancing arts participation on all levels.

Consortium Projects Conducted Since 1993

The Creative Trust Initiative, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, a multi-year program of technical assistance and capital support to more than 20 cross discipline arts organizations assisting each with strategic plans, operating balance and sustainability.

Learning Audiences North Carolina, a 4 year arts participation initiative supporting more than 60 North Carolina arts organizations with funds and technical assistance, made possible through the Wallace Foundation’s national START Initiative.

The Capital Initiative, Portland, Oregon, a 3 year consortium working with over 40 cross discipline arts organizations.

The Grand Rapids (MI) Arts Council Organizational Development Initiative, a 2 year project involving more than 20 cross discipline organizations.

The ARTS 4 CHANGE program, a multi-year consortium with more than 20 cross discipline arts organizations in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The 2 year Atlanta Dance Initiative consortium serving 15 emerging and developing dance companies in Atlanta, GA.

A 2 year Atlanta Theatre Coalition consortium serving 16 developing and mid-tier theatre companies in Atlanta, GA.

An 18 month consortium with 15 professional visual arts spaces in Chicago and San Francisco through the National Association of Artists' Organizations.

A 2 year consortium program of planning and technical assistance for 18 Theatres in Los Angeles, CA. through TheatreLA.

Two short cycle theatre consortia in Nashville and Memphis, TN through the Tennessee Arts Commission serving 12 theatres.

A short cycle consortium for more than 20 Dance and Theatre organizations in Austin, TX.

A special project developed with The Queen Arts Council of New Zealand and the U.S. and New Zealand International Fulbright Scholar Exchange Program to provide a series of workshops and one-on-one consultation with over 60 professional New Zealand arts organizations.
