Beginning in 2017, this program has provided planning and organization development support for eighteen cross discipline arts organizations in Chattanooga, as well as a  series of skills development workshops open to the entire arts community. A strong emphasis has been placed on building and heightening the arts community’s profile and collaborations. The consortium is supported through joint funding of the Lyndhurst Foundation, Footprint Foundation and the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga.
